Squash Cheese Souffle'

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 tablespoon grated onions
- 4 - 5 medium size yellow squash, sliced and cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat milk and pour over breadcrumbs.
Add eggs, pepper, butter and onion, mixing well.
Stir in squash and cheese.
Pour into greased 2 qt casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until firm.
