Italian Beef
This recipe came from a good friend of ours, Marge Simunac. It is one of the easiest recipes I have ever made, and its a big it at all our "parties"
List of Ingredients
- 4-5 pounds beef roast
- 1 small jar Vlasic pepperocini
Instructions
- Place roast in a crock pot. Add pepperoncini. Slow cook 6-8 hours or until beef falls apart. Serve on hard rolls.
