    Recipe Introduction

These are delicious. keep in mind that one slice of fillet yields 2 servings (4 dough packets). To make things easier i used the precut pastry squares.

    • 1-2 Tbsp. oil
    • 1 large onion diced
    • 8 oz. can mushrooms drained and diced
    • 4 slices skinless salmon filet (cut in half)
    • 1/2 pkg flaky dough
    • 1 beaten egg to brush dough
    • sesame seeds
    • Broccoli mixture:
    • 16 oz. pkg frozen broccoli (cooked and drained)
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tbsp. mayonaise
    • 2 tbsp. matzoh meal
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. garlic powder

    Instructions

    1. Saute mushrooms and onions in oil for 10 minutes. set aside.
    2. Combine all broccoli ingredients until well blended.
    3. Roll out flaky dough to 5X5 inch squares. Put 1 tbsp mushroom mixture in center of each dough square. place 1/4 slice of fillet over mushroom. Apply 1 tbsp of broccoli mixture over fish. Bring all corners together to center and pinch to close. seal openings tightly. Brush dough with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    4. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 30 - 45 minutes until golden brown.
