    Chicken & Garlic

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 - 4 chicken bottoms
    • 1 onion
    • 1 head of garlic
    • salt
    • pepper
    • paprika
    • 1/2 - 1 cup of water


    Instructions


    1. Cut onion into wedges and place in skillet. Peel garlic cloves but leave them whole. add to skillet. Clean chicken and place skin side down in skillet. Arrange onions and garlic around chicken. Sprinkle some salt, pepper and a good sprinkling of red paprika over chicken. Add 1/2 cup hot water pouring into skillet and not over chicken (spices shouldnt wash away). Cook covered for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Add a little bit of water during cooking if necessary, when cooking is done there will be no more liquid.

    2. You can remove the garlic, mash and serve on melba toast or garlic bread.... absolutely delicious!
