List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. purple cabbage, shredded (1 pkg)
- 1 red onion thinly sliced (1/2)
- 1/2 cup sugar (2-3 tbsp)
- 1 1/2 lemon squeezed (1/2)
- 1/2 cup oil (3 tbsp)
- 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds (just pour some)
- 3 Tbsp sesame seeds (just pour)
Instructions
- Toast almonds and sesame seeds in 350 oven for 10 minutes.
- Mix cabbage with onion. In separate bowl, mix sugar, lemon and oil. Pour liquid over cabbage and onion. Add the almonds and sesame seeds and mix.
