Mashed Potatoes and Cauliflauer

List of Ingredients
- 3 - 4 potatoes
- 1 bag frozen cauliflauer
- 1 tbsp mayonaise
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Peel and cube potatoes. Add cauliflauer. Cover with water and cook for approximately 45 minutes.
- Drain liquid and Mash adding mayo and salt and pepper.
Final Comments
I love this version of mashed potatoes. When i have leftovers i scoop the potatoes and roll the balls in cornflake crumbs and bake it for a redressed side dish. you can do this with regular mashed potatoes also.
