    Mashed Potatoes and Cauliflauer

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 - 4 potatoes
    • 1 bag frozen cauliflauer
    • 1 tbsp mayonaise
    • salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Peel and cube potatoes. Add cauliflauer. Cover with water and cook for approximately 45 minutes.
    2. Drain liquid and Mash adding mayo and salt and pepper.


    Final Comments


    I love this version of mashed potatoes. When i have leftovers i scoop the potatoes and roll the balls in cornflake crumbs and bake it for a redressed side dish. you can do this with regular mashed potatoes also.
