    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    • 2/3 cup cracker crumbs
    • 1/2 cup onions - minced
    • 1 egg
    • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 1 can pineapple chunks
    • 1 Tbls. soy sauce
    • 1/3 cup vinegar
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1 Tbls. corn starch or flour
    • 1/3 cup green bell pepper


    Instructions


    1. Mix first 6 ingredients together in a bowl and form into meatballs.

    2. Brown meatballs in a large frying pan on medium-high heat. Drain and set aside.
    3. Pour can of pineapples, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and cornstarch into a large pot and bring to boil.
    4. Reduce heat to low and add meatballs and green bell pepper.
    5. Simmer for 1 hour.
