Meatballs

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
- 2/3 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup onions - minced
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1 Tbls. soy sauce
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbls. corn starch or flour
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper
Instructions
- Mix first 6 ingredients together in a bowl and form into meatballs.
- Brown meatballs in a large frying pan on medium-high heat. Drain and set aside.
- Pour can of pineapples, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and cornstarch into a large pot and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low and add meatballs and green bell pepper.
- Simmer for 1 hour.
