    List of Ingredients


    • 10 cups of frozen shredded hashbrown potatoes
    • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbls. butter
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 12 oz. sour cream
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
    • 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
    • 1cup crushed corn flakes
    • salt to taste


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter into 9X13 baking dish.
    3. Add 5 cups hashbrowns.
    4. Mix soup, sour cream, milk, green onions and salt in separate bowl. Pour 1/2 mixture over hashbrowns.
    5. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups grated cheese on top.
    6. Layer with remaining hashbrowns with remaining mixture on top.
    7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, then cover with crushed cornflakes.
    8. Drizzle 2 Tbls. melted margarine on top of cornflakes.
    9. Bake for 55 minutes.
