Hashbrown Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 10 cups of frozen shredded hashbrown potatoes
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbls. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1cup crushed corn flakes
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Pour 1/4 cup melted butter into 9X13 baking dish.
- Add 5 cups hashbrowns.
- Mix soup, sour cream, milk, green onions and salt in separate bowl. Pour 1/2 mixture over hashbrowns.
- Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups grated cheese on top.
- Layer with remaining hashbrowns with remaining mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese, then cover with crushed cornflakes.
- Drizzle 2 Tbls. melted margarine on top of cornflakes.
- Bake for 55 minutes.
