BBQ Crockpot Chicken

List of Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups tomato ketchup
- 3 Tbls. brown sugar
- 1 Tbls. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbls. soy sauce
- 1 Tbls. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. ground red hot pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients for the sauce in the crockpot.
- Add the chicken and coat it well in the sauce.
- Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or until chicken is fully cooked all the way through.
- Shred or cut up the chicken and place it back in the crockpot.
- Serve on rolls.
Final Comments
When doubling the recipe, I use 5 chicken breasts. Also, I have used the frozen bagged chicken breasts...just cook longer.
