    List of Ingredients


    • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 1/2 cups tomato ketchup
    • 3 Tbls. brown sugar
    • 1 Tbls. worcestershire sauce
    • 1 Tbls. soy sauce
    • 1 Tbls. cider vinegar
    • 1/2 tsp. ground red hot pepper flakes
    • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients for the sauce in the crockpot.
    2. Add the chicken and coat it well in the sauce.
    3. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or until chicken is fully cooked all the way through.
    4. Shred or cut up the chicken and place it back in the crockpot.
    5. Serve on rolls.


    Final Comments


    When doubling the recipe, I use 5 chicken breasts. Also, I have used the frozen bagged chicken breasts...just cook longer.
