    List of Ingredients


    • 2 ribs celery - sliced
    • 1 cup onion - chopped
    • 6-8 boneless pork chops - 3/4 inches to 1 inch thick
    • 1 green bell pepper - cut into strips
    • 1 red bell pepper - cut into strips
    • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    • 2 cups spicy V-8 vegetable juice
    • 2 Tbls. cornstarch blended with 2 Tbls. cold water


    Instructions


    1. Place celery and onion in crockpot.
    2. Trim fat off of porkchops and add to crockpot.
    3. Sprinkle pepper and add green and red bell peppers to crockpot.
    4. Pour V-8 on top of ingredients.
    5. Cook on low for 6 hours.
    6. Serve with rice or noodles.
