Hot and Spicy Porkchops

List of Ingredients
- 2 ribs celery - sliced
- 1 cup onion - chopped
- 6-8 boneless pork chops - 3/4 inches to 1 inch thick
- 1 green bell pepper - cut into strips
- 1 red bell pepper - cut into strips
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups spicy V-8 vegetable juice
- 2 Tbls. cornstarch blended with 2 Tbls. cold water
Instructions
- Place celery and onion in crockpot.
- Trim fat off of porkchops and add to crockpot.
- Sprinkle pepper and add green and red bell peppers to crockpot.
- Pour V-8 on top of ingredients.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
