    Cream Sea Shells with Chicken & Spinach

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. sea shell pasta, cooked
    • 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
    • 3/4 tsp. chili powder
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    • 1 Tbls. olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic - minced
    • 1/2 lb. chicken breast, boneless, skinless, raw - cut into 1-inch chunks
    • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach - thawed and squeezed dry
    • 2 oz. grated sharp yellow or white cheddar cheese
    • 1 Tbls. grated parmesan or romano cheese


    Instructions


    1. In a large skillet over medium heat, bring cream to a simmer.
    2. Add chili powder and whisk until slightly thickened. Add salt and pepper.
    3. In another skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
    4. Add garlic and chicken. Cook until chicken is light brown, about 3 minutes.
    5. Add spinach and stir to coat.
    6. Stir in cream mixture, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
    7. Serve over hot cooked sea shell pasta.
