Cream Sea Shells with Chicken & Spinach

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. sea shell pasta, cooked
- 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbls. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1/2 lb. chicken breast, boneless, skinless, raw - cut into 1-inch chunks
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach - thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 oz. grated sharp yellow or white cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbls. grated parmesan or romano cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, bring cream to a simmer.
- Add chili powder and whisk until slightly thickened. Add salt and pepper.
- In another skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and chicken. Cook until chicken is light brown, about 3 minutes.
- Add spinach and stir to coat.
- Stir in cream mixture, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
- Serve over hot cooked sea shell pasta.
