Mashed Red Potatoes w/ Garlic & Parmesan

List of Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 Tbls. butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Put potatoes and garlic in large pot.
- Cover with water.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Drain well.
- Mash with butter milk and salt.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese.
