    Mashed Red Potatoes w/ Garlic & Parmesan

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/2 lb. red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
    • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
    • 2 Tbls. butter
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Put potatoes and garlic in large pot.
    2. Cover with water.
    3. Bring to boil.
    4. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
    5. Drain well.
    6. Mash with butter milk and salt.
    7. Stir in the parmesan cheese.
