List of Ingredients
- 1 large can of whole tomatoes
- 4 carrots
- 1 small cabbage
- 2 peppers (green, red or yellow)
- 2 small zucchini
- 1 small onion
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 can cut green beans
Instructions
- puree tomatoes in a blender
- pour into a pot and add water for volume if desired
- add all raw veggies and cook over low heat until tender
- add canned veggies for the last 20 minutes of cookin
