Easy Beef Stroganoff

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. eye of round steak, sirloin tip, or your choice beef, cut into cubes or strips
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- mushrooms, sauteed
- onion, sauteed
- wide egg noodles
Instructions
- In large skillet, stir-fry beef in oil until no longer pink. At the same time sautee desired amount mushrooms. (I love lots and lots of mushrooms).
- Stir soup, water, mushrooms, onions and onion soup mix into beef cube pan.
- Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes stirring a few times.
- Stir in sour cream (I use light because I think it makes a better sauce)
- Heat through but do not boil.
- Serve over wide egg noodles
