Chicken Enchiladas

- 1 chicken, cooked & boned
- shredded cheddar cheese
- purchased enchilada sauce
- chopped onions
- 1 dozen corn tortillas
Instructions
- Mix chicken, some cheese, a little chopped onions and a little enchilada sauce. Set aside.
- Pour some enchilada sauce in 9X13 pan.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave.
- Dip the tortillas in the sauce, then stack on a plate.
- Put some of the chicken mixture on the tortillas and fold up. Place in the 9X13 pan with folded sides down.
- Pour some more enchilada sauce on top, sprinkle with cheese and bake covered for 20 min. at 350. Uncover and bake 10-15 min more.
