    List of Ingredients




    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup coconut
    1 tblsp vanilla
    1 beaten egg
    strawberry jam
    12 uncooked tart shells

    Recipe



    Drop 1 tsp jam in bottom of each uncooked tart shell. Mix all other ingredients together until moist,fill tart shells with mixture and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
