Marinated Chicken Wings
List of Ingredients
30 chicken wings, split and tips taken off
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe
Combine all the ingredients except the chicken wings. Place in saucepan and cook till well mixed and sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool. Place your chicken wings in a large glass casserole dish or cake pan. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings. Cover with wrap and marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator. Be sure to turn the wings over half way through the marinade process. Do not discard the marinade. Bake in the same dish for about 1-1/2 hours in a 350 degree F. oven.
