    Stuffed Mushroom Casserole

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups bisquick mix
    1/2 cup cold water
    1 pound sausage
    35 fresh mushrooms
    1 bunch green onion
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

    Recipe



    Mix together bisquick and water. Pat into bottom of greased casserole dish. Sprinkling flour on your hands will make pressing dough into dish easier.

    Brown sausage and drain well. Clean mushrooms, remove stems, and set caps aside. Chop stems and add to sausage. Chop green onion and add to sausage. Stir in mayonnaise. Stuff mushroom caps with filling and place on bisquick crust. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, remove cover and continue to bake 10 minutes longer. Cut and serve.
