Hash Brown Quiche
3 c. loose, frozen hash browns - thawed
4 oz. got pepper cheese, shredded
4 oz. gouda or Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash or seasoned salt
1/3 c. butter, melted
6 oz. diced, cooked, ham
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
Press hash browns in 9 in. pie plate to form crust. Dribble butter over. Bake at 425 for 25 min. Reduce oven to 350. Toss together ham and cheese, place in crust. Beat cream and eggs, pour over the ham and cheese. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 25-30 min. Let stand 10 min. Serves 6
