COCONUT CRUNCH
List of Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup soft butter
2 cups chopped coconut
1 large or 2 small packages vanilla pudding, cooked type
1 12 oz container Cool Whip
Recipe
Mix together flour, sugar, butter, and coconut. Brown in pan in 350 degree oven, stirring occasionally. Cook the pudding mix according to package directions. Cool the
pudding and the crunch. Place a layer of crunch in a 9x13 pan, then a layer of vanilla pudding, then cool whip. Top with another layer of crunch. Chill.
