Vanilla and Chocolate Delight
Ingredients:
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 cups milk
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
2 (1.5 ounce) bars crispy crunch chocolate
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine pecans, flour, and butter or margarine. Press nut mixture into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.
3. Whip together cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and half of the frozen whipped topping. Spread this mixture on top of baked crust.
4. In a large mixing bowl, beat milk, chocolate pudding, and vanilla pudding, until thick. Pour over cream cheese layer. Crush chocolate bars and sprinkle on top of pudding layer.
