    Grilled Tuna Steaks

    4 tuna steaks (6 oz. each)
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup key lime juice
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 teaspoon Tobasco
    2 large cloves garlic, halved
    Salt and pepper to taste

    1. Mix marinade ingredients together in a bowl.

    2. Lay the steaks out in a pan and cover with marinade. Put the steaks in the refrigerator to marinate for 10 minutes.

    3. Preheat the grill or broiler. Use the sauce to marinate the fish while it cooks. Cook 8-10 minutes on each side, or until the fish is white and flaky inside when pierced with a fork.
