This is a great Grilled Tuna Recipe that's low in fat and sodium.
List of Ingredients
6 Tuna Steaks
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons peeled, minced ginger
2 tablespoons minced green onions
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
Vegetable cooking spray
Instructions
Place tuna steaks in a shallow dish. combine soy sauce and next 8 ingredients in a medium bowl; pour over tuna steaks. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once
Remove tuna steaks from marinade, reserving marinade. coat food rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees)
Place tuna on rack; grill, covered with grill lid, 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Transfer tuna to serving plates. Garnish with green onion curls if desired.
