    Thai Chilli Fish.

    4 fillets of Fish.
    4 tablespoons Lemon Juice.
    2 tablespoons Chilli Sauce.
    2 tablespoons Soy Sauce.
    1 tablespoons Grated Ginger.
    4 tablespoons Olive Oil.

    Mix marinade in a large dish, lay Fish in marinade and put in fridge for 3 hours. Heat the oil till it goes hazy and cook 2 fillets at a time till a crust forms. Turn fillets over and brown. Repeat with rest of the fish. Heat remaining marinade and pour over fish.
    Serve with white rice.
