    SAVORY MEATLOAF

    List of Ingredients




    1-1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    3 large eggs
    3 slices of bread, crumbled
    3 TBLsp. prepared horseradish
    3 TBLsp. Dijon-style mustard
    3 TBLsp. catsup
    1/2 cup sour cream with chives

    Recipe



    Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup milk, if necessary for additional moisture
    Blend all ingredients well. Bake in greased loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand for several minutes before removing from pan.
