2 CUP OF CHEDDAR, OR MOZZARELLA OR A COMBINATION OF BOTH
2 CUPS OF COCKTAIL SHRIMP
4 OZ. OF MILD GREEN CHILIS, CHOPPED
1 CUP TOMATOES CHOPPED FINE
1 CUP OF GREEN ONION CHOPPED FINE
1/4 HEAD OF ICEBURG LETTUCE SHREADDED
LAY OUT TORTILLAS ON A FLAT HEATED GRILL OR A SHEET PAN SPRINLE CHEESE ALL OVER SPRINKLE SHRIMP ALL OVER CHILIS ALL OVER
TOMATOES ALL OVER AND GREEN ONION ALL OVER LET THIS COOK UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED THROUGH IF YOU DON’T HAVE A FLAT GRILL PUT SHEET PAN IN OVEN AND BAKE AT 325 DEGREES FOR ABOUT 4-5 MIN OR UNTILL CHEESE HAS MELTED THROUGH ADD LETTUCE SHREADS TO ONE HALF OF THE TORTILLAS FOLD THE OTHER HALF OVER ONTO THE LETTUCE SIDE
REMOVE TO A CUTTING BOARD WITH SPATULA CUT EACH ONE INTO 4-6 WEDGES ARRANGE AROUND PLATE AND SERVE.
