    Chicken Breasts with Savory Sauce

    4 boneless, skinned chicken breast halves, 1 ½ to 2 lbs
    4 Tbsp butter or margarine
    2 cups (about 2 whole) tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced (you don't really have to peel them if you don't want to!)
    1 cup plain yogurt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves or 1 Tbsp dried
    1/4 cup pine nuts or toasted slivered almonds(optional)
    Hot cooked noodles

    Saute chicken breasts in 2 Tbsp of the butter in pan over medium heat for 5 min on each side or until chicken is cooked through.
    Remove chicken from pan. Add remaining butter and tomatoes. Turn heat to high. Cook until tomatoes are just softened. Remove pan from heat.
    Add yogurt, sugar and salt. Return chickn to pan. Cook until chicken is heated through. Add basil.
    Serve over hot noodles. Garnish with pine nuts or almonds if desired.
