Peachy Pork Chops
List of Ingredients
1 can (29 oz.) peach halves
1/2 cup brown sugar
6 pork chops
1/4 cup catsup
bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Recipe
Preheat your oven to 425°. Drain the peaches but save the syrup. Use about 1/4 cup of the syrup to moisten the chops, then coat them with the bread crumbs. Coat a baking dish with Pam. Put the chops in it in a single layer. Bake for 40 minutes. Put one peach half on top of each chop. Make a mixture of the brown sugar, catsup, vinegar, and remaining syrup. Pour this over the chops and peaches. Bake 10 more minutes
