    Favorite Macaroni Salad

    2 - 3 cups seedless green Grapes, halved
    1 8-oz package Shell Macaroni
    1 8-oz can pitted ripe Olives, drained and halved
    3/4 cup chopped green Onions
    2 - 3 oz blue Cheese, crumbled
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    3 Tablespoons fresh Lemon Juice
    1 cup Mayonnaise

    Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Combine hot macaroni with grapes, olives, green onions, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
    Mix the lemon juice and mayonnaise until smooth. Combine macaroni and mayo/lemon until evenly mixed. Refrigerate covered for several hours or overnight. Add more mayo if desired before serving. Makes 8-12 servings.
