Oriental Salad
1 cup brown basmati rice, cooked and cooled
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup sugar peas
1 cup grated carrot
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons tamari
1/4 teaspoon fresh chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon Frontier ground ginger
Mix together first four ingredients. Combine next four ingredients and add to first mixture. Blend well and adjust seasonings to taste. Serves four.
