Roasted Bell Pepper Bisque

10 roasted, seeded and peeled red peppers
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 diced onions
1 quart heavy cream
2 quarts chicken stock
oil
salt and pepper
In a large sauce pan or Dutch oven, saute chopped onion and garlic in a small amount of oil
Add heavy cream
Puree roasted pepper in a blender and old into cream
Add chicken stock and simmer for a half hour to reduce
Season to taste
