Be careful not to rub your face and eyes when cutting habaneros!
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes (no peeling)
1/2 cup finely chopped purple onion
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
1 habanero chile, finely chopped
1/2 cup tart orange juice
1. Combine all ingredients in a glass container.
2. Let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
