    Creamy Potato Puff

    List of Ingredients




    1 8-ounce pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    4 cups hot mashed potatoes
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 cup finely chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped pimiento
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper

    Recipe



    Beat all ingredients together by hand or with an electric mixer (do not use blender or food processor).
    Place in buttered 1-quart casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
