POTATO CLOUDS
List of Ingredients
2 cups mashed potatoes - not instant
3 eggs, separated
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
3 TBLsps. onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. parsley, minced
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper
Recipe
Prepare potatoes, omitting milk and butter. Separate eggs and beat yolks. Add yolks to potatoes and add all other ingredients except egg whites. Beat whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Bake in a 2 qt. casserole dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
