Picante Potato Pie
List of Ingredients
1 package (12 ounces) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
5 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup picante sauce
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions with tops, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a lightly greased quiche pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until mixture is set and golden brown.
