ROASTED CAULIFLOWER
List of Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, in 1 1/2 inch florets
2 red onions, each cut into 8 wedges
2 TBLsp. roasted-garlic olive oil
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
1 TBLsp. each chopped parsley and
grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
Heat oven to 475 degrees F. In non-stick roasting pan, mix cauliflower, onions, oil, salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Roast 15 minutes, until lightly charred and tender. Tranfer to platter and top with 1/4 tsp. pepper, the parsley and cheese.
