Royal Mashed Potatoes
3 lbs. potatoes, pared and quartered
2 tsp. onion salt
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
Boil potatoes. Mash and add all ingredients. Mix well.
Place into a greased casserole dish.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
