Spinach Parmesan Casserole
2 Packages frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
Cook spinach; drain well and set aside.
Sauté onion in butter in a large saucepan until tender; remove from heat. Add spinach and remaining ingredients except breadcrumbs; mix well. Spoon mixture into greased 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
