Spinach Potatoes
6 large potatoes
1/2 c. softened butter
1 t. sugar
2 T. chopped green onion
3/4 c. half and half
1 t. salt
1 1/2 t. dill weed
1 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan

Boil potatoes until tender. Mash them with the butter, sugar, green onions, half and half, salt and dill weed. Add spinach. Turn into buttered 2 quart casserole and bake 30 to 40 min. at 350. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
