Recipe Introduction
Combine in your crockpot and cook on low for 10 hours.
4 servings at 5 Weight Watcher points each
(Weight Watcher Points - 5 points per serving)
List of Ingredients
- 1-1/2 Lbs top sirloin
- 1 carrot diced
- 1 onion sliced
- 4 ozs sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 TBS flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 can (tomato sauce can) water
Instructions
- Remove visable fat, cut meat into 4 servings, place in bottom of crock pot
- Sprinkle 2 TBS flour and salt and pepper over meat.
- Add cut up vegetables
- top with tomato sauce and can of water
- Put lid on and turn to low for 10 hours
