Carrot Cake With Pineapple

List of Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2tsp. soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2c. cooking oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. gratted carrots
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
- Icing
- 1 8oz. pkg cream cheese
- 1 stick margerine
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Sift all dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix oil,sugar and eggs, beating after each addition. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Add carrots, pineapple and nuts. Grease and flour two 13x9x2 1/2 inch pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325 degrees; cool.
- Beat all ingredients well. Spread on cake.
