List of Ingredients



• 1 stick of margarine
  
• 1 1/2 c. Wesson Oil
  
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  
• 2 tbsps cocoa
  
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• 1 c. buttermilk
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  
• 1 tsp vinegar
  
• 1/2 bottle red food coloring
  
• Frosting
  
• 1 stick margarine
  
• 8 oz cream cheese
  
• 1 box powdered sugar
  
• 2 tsps vanilla
  






Instructions



1. Cream first three ingredients. Beat in eggs one at a time. In a separate bowl sift flour,cocoa, baking soda and salt. Fold these ingredients in with creamed mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Grease and flour three 9" round pans. Preheat oven to 325. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven when an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool and frost.
   
2. Frosting
   Blend all ingredients in a bowl.
