Breakfast Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 pound mild sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 slices white bread
- 1 cup grated chedder cheese
Instructions
- Cook sausage and drain on paper towels. Beat eggs; add milk, dry mustard and salt. In bottomof 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish,spread bread cubes and top with sausage. Sprinkle cheese and pour on egg mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cover with foil the last 15 or 20 minutes.
