    3 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
    2 cups reduced fat mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    dash of salt & pepper
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 cucumber, peeled, finely chopped
    1 cup celery, finely chopped

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together. Chill until ready to serve.
    Serve with chicken flavored crackers or melba rounds. May be garnished with sliced olives or cherry tomato halves
    Makes approximately 6 cups
