    2 chicken breasts - split, deboned, skinless
    8 oz cream cheese - softened
    4 oz shredded Asiago cheese
    1/2 cup chopped spinach - thawed and well drained
    4 strips bacon
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp seasoned salt

    Between 2 sheets of plastic wrap place one split breast and flatten by pounding with meat mallet until thin but not broken. Repeat with remaining chicken breast. In medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese, Asiago, spinach and seasoning. Mix together thoroughly. IN small oval roaster (greased) place one chicken fillet. In center of fillet place 1/4 of cheese mixture in a mount. Fold in sides of fillet and roll fillet around cheese mound. Wrap with one strip of bacon. Repeat for remaining fillets. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is golden brown. Very good served with baked potatoes or green salad.
