2 tubes Cresent Rolls
8 oz. Cream Cheese - softened
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups of cooked and cubed Chicken
3-4 medium potatoes
2 carrots
8 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 small onion - diced
salt and pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350.
Cube potatoes and slice carrots. Put in water in bowl, microwave until done.
(Make sure that they are completely cooked.) Drain. Mix potatoes and
carrots with chicken soup, cream cheese, shredded cheese, onions, salt,
pepper and cubed chicken.
While vegies are cooking, press one tube of cresent rolls out in greased
9 x 13 pan. Cover bottom of pan completely. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes,
until golden brown.
Spread mixture over baked crust. Bake 20 minutes. Roll out second tube
of rolls, mash together and place on top of mixture. Bake for 10 minutes,
until golden brown. Let sit for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
