Cabbage Salad

1 Head of green cabbage, (cut up)
10 Green onions, (chopped).
Crunches
2 Packages of Ramen Noddles, broken up, (discard the seasoning pack).
2 Small bags of slivered almonds.
1/2 Cup butter or more, (what ever you need to coat the noodles & almonds)
In a pan melt the butter, add the noodles & almonds, cook until lightly brown, (watch carefully, they will burn quickly). Cool and add to the cabbage mixture.
Dressing
1 Cup of salad oil
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
3/4 Cup of sugar
1/2 Cup of vinegar
Mix well and pour over the cabbage & onion, shortly before serving, (toss together).
Serve with the crunchy mix.
