Vegetable Casserole with Cream Cheese

1 package cauliflower, broccoli and carrots -- 16 oz pkg
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
8 ounces cream cheese
salt
pepper
parmesan cheese
Recipe
Cook vegetables until almost done.
In saucepan add butter, flour, milk, cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
Heat and stir until creamy and smooth.
Pour over vegetables in casserole dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
