4 cups chopped goose
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups rice
5 cups chicken broth
salt & pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
In a large saucepan, sauté the onion in the butter.
Add the goose, rice, chicken broth and salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
