Old Bay Crusted Shrimp

2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon Old Bay® Seasoning
1 tablespoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet CollectionTM Cracked Black Pepper
1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon McCormick® Onion Powder
1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon McCormick® Chili Powder
juice of 1 lemon
5 tablespoons olive oil, divided
Recipe
1. Combine Old Bay Seasoning with the remaining spices, lemon juice and 4 tablespoons olive oil in a small bowl. Rub the shrimp well with the mixture and marinate for 2 hours.
2. Drain shrimp well. Heat remaining tablespoon of olive oil in large non-stick skillet. Sauté shrimp in batches for 2 or 3 minutes on each side or until they just turn bright pink.
3. Transfer shrimp to a large serving platter and serve as an appetizer.
